Returns & Refunds Policy

At AllRegenerative, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products purchased from www.allregenerative.co.uk.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (medical devices and clinical-grade consumables), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
• The product has not been temperature-compromised or damaged due to improper storage
• Proof of purchase is provided

We are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or sterile products that have been unsealed, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cihan@allregenerative.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the damage or fault

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at cihan@allregenerative.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and include your RAN
4. Send the product to: 239-241 Kennington Lane, London, SE11 5QU

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used medical devices or consumables
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Products purchased on sale or at a discounted rate (unless faulty)
• Products that have been stored incorrectly or outside recommended conditions
